• Question: what happens if you wake someone that is sleepwalking?

      People (including me) used to think that people could die from shock if they were woken, but thats not true at all (unless they woke up in a lion enclosure or something I guess…)

      The most likely outcome is that people are often confused when they are woken- kind of natural if you think about it. So its a good idea to guide them back to bed and keep them asleep if possible, and if they wake up just be reassuring so that they do not get too much of a fright.
